Who I am
BK Operations is run by one person, BK. You can contact me at bk@bkoperator.com.
What I collect
Only what you enter in the enquiry form: your name, email, Instagram handle (optional), enquiry type, and a record that you gave consent with its timestamp. Nothing else. This site uses no analytics or tracking cookies.
Why I use it
Solely to reply to your enquiry, deliver an audit you've requested, and discuss a potential partnership. Your details are never sold, and never used for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.

Your consent, given when you tick the box on the form.
Who processes it
My hosting and database provider and my email delivery provider (Resend) process your details on my behalf, only to store and deliver your enquiry.
How long I keep it

Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing bk@bkoperator.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland or your local data protection authority.
